Comprehensive Barista Training

Mokador understands the importance of consistency and maintaining standards.

As a result Mokador Coffee have opened their Barista Coffee School Of Excellence. A Coffee Academy inspired  by  the highest quality espresso trained Baristas of Mokador Italy and developed to install the very passion and consistency in standards which makes Mokador Coffee one of the most sough after coffee around the world.

One of Mokador's main objectives is to assist you with training your staff to deliver the highest quality product consistently to your customers.

Our Mokador Coffee Training Program covers all areas of coffee making basics including Coffee Machine Hygiene, Coffee Varieties and Adjusting the Grind.

In adiition we offer free comprehensive on-going training for new staff members conducted on site.

Official Mokador training certificate issued to all gratuates.
